I encountered multiple issues . First, the room was clean but lacked attention to detail-like the sheets not being properly changed.

Chill vibes, great stay

I was just passing through for a night, and it was super comfy. The AC hit just right when I walked in, felt sooo good after a long day! The bathroom? Totally nice, and that shower was pretty sweet. Breakfast was decent, and they had some cool snack options available too. Just wish parking was a bit easier.

I stayed for a quick visit to check out the local attractions and was overall pleased with my experience. The room was clean and had a fresh smell, and I found the shower to be excellent. The staff was always great, which made my stay more enjoyable, although there were some minor issues with the room size and amenities. I wish there had been a sofa bed as advertised, as it would have made things more comfortable for my sister and me.

Beautiful local eateries just a hop away! The fresh orange juice at breakfast was a real treat, and dining options like Rhinehart's Oyster Bar and Veracruz Mexican Restaurant really hit the spot. Plus, the hotel vibe was quiet and clean.

The evening snack spread was good! Mingle with fellow Masters attendees over cold drinks and wings-nothing beats that atmosphere after a long travel day.

The room felt a bit basic and could've had more charm. It served its purpose, but I expected something a little more special.

The location here is perfect, right in the middle of Jackson, and only 2 miles away from Clarehall Shopping Centre.

I really enjoyed the clean room with a fresh smell. The air conditioning felt amazing when I walked in. The bathroom was nice, and the shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the shampoo and body wash. They smelled so good! There were some issues. Although the staff was mostly pleasant, housekeeping was quite irresponsible. When we returned after several hours, our room had not been cleaned. I was told to go downstairs for fresh towels and sheets. We even received a vacuum cleaner with exposed wiring. I reached out to corporate, but the response was pretty dismissive about my concerns. I loved the ambiance and comfort, yet the lack of proper housekeeping caused significant frustration .
